Assalamualaikum readers.

Alhamdulillah!! we have arrived Ramadhan! The most waiting month in Hijr Calendar. Hows first tarawih? and Hows first Ramadhan sahur? Surely everyone had planned well.

This time, my Ramadhan is at Universiti and its final exam time! Well, it's a common for student to drink coffee while study for exams right??
Get caffeinated previously, of course will be quite challenging to bear stopping coffee or nescaffe during Ramadhan. Here I'd like to share a lil bit of info !

Usual symptom of caffeine withdrawal that usually experienced in 1 to 2 days of Ramadhan:
1) Headache (especially behind eyes)
2) Pain in joints
3) Lack of spirit and energy
4) Sensitive towards bright light ( eg. sunlight)
5) Hardly to focus or talk

So.. You guys have any ? Don't worry, Sometimes people said, during Ramadhan our body will rest as we had eat a lot for other 11 months. Relax, everything will be just fine!
